A quiet and gentle practice, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body and encourages greater mobility and health of the joints in our hips and spine. While the postures are all done on the floor and held longer than in a traditional, flow yoga class (3-5 minutes), the emphasis is on comfort and stability. Yin Yoga also provides time for mindful awareness, introspection and deep relaxation. Yin-licious is a unique, Sage Yoga & Wellness experience that brings a restorative element to the more traditional Yin. Beginners welcome.

It's time to relax, let go, and hit that reset button.  You'll love it.  Trust me.

 

Vinyasa Flow

In English, Vinyasa translates as, to place in a special way. Using that translation as a guide you will connect breath and movement through carefully designed, creative sequences with plenty of opportunities to ask, what wants to happen now? Class begins with meditation and ends with pranayama and svasana.

Wake up with this powerful, Vinyasa and classical Yoga fusion-practice.

Connect breath with movement to increase your agni as we begin both our practice and our day with clear space for new opportunities. Through effective sequencing andgentle nudging towards trusting your body's own intuitive intelligence, this practice will leave you awakened and inspired. Expect to receive gentle yet powerful assists and connect to your deep core while flowing through sequences that invoke quality of presence and strength.

Have you ever asked yourself what's the purpose of private yoga? I have, but I'll tell you that a one on one session is powerful stuff. Do you want individualized alignment assistance? Do you seek personalized assistance for health or injury modifications? Would you like to improve your mobility, flexibility, posture, physical comfort, sleep, stress levels, health, concentration, etc.? Private sessions are also a great way to increase confidence before stepping into a public class. I also specialize in private group sessions for team building, celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and other special events.
